We inform you of any new unread messages by placing a circle above your inbox icon in the top right of the page.

Instant Notification

If you have notifications enabled you will receive a web notification of any new messages.

If you still haven't seen your new message - we will email you about an hour after we receive it, and again the next couple of days so you don't miss important messages.
